my sister has started a twitter account where she corrects people who write ‘per say’. she particularly relishes some of the hate-mail she receives (some are grateful though!). My favourite response, a victory for logicians everywhere, was: ‘it’s latin so I can spell it however I want’
if you just walked into a club and the floor was super slippery and people had strapped knives to their feet and were jumping around you’d be like “holy shit, i don’t know if this is the environment for me” and yet skating is a thing
